A late registration fee of $10 per day will be charged after September 1.
Personal checks will not be accepted after September 1.

REQUIREMENTS AND RULES FOR ALL CANINE PARTICIPANTS

It is the responsibility of of the owner of of any canine present at the Tri-State SAR Conf. To be prepared to provide proof current rabies inoculation if asked. Any canine owner present at the Conference shall also be prepared to insure that they are in compliance with the applicable local and state canine regulations. Any dog exhibiting signs of contagious disease as per Veterinarian will be immediately expelled from the conference grounds and banned from attendance at any training seminars.

General Rules
Handlers are to exercise their canines in designated "potty areas" and clean up after their canine at all times. Any handler found not cleaning up after their canine will be given one warning, and will be expelled from the conference for any additional infractions.

All dogs are to be on leash at all times unless actively working an off-lead training problem under direction of an instructor. Again, handler will be given one warning, and after that will be expelled from conference for any additional infractions.

Any dog showing aggression toward other animals may be expelled from a training session at the discretion of the instructor. This aggression shall be reported to the canine overhead committee who will then determine if the dog will be allowed to continue to attend the conference.

Any dog showing aggression toward humans shall be expelled from the conference, if in the opinion of the instructor the dog represents a danger. to any person. This aggression shall be reported to the canine overhead committee who will ensure that the canine is removed from the conference.
